Service Requests
Submitting a form, email, WhatsApp message, or phone enquiry does not automatically confirm an appointment. A service visit is confirmed only after Bholanath Services contacts you and agrees on availability, location, scope, and timing.
Inspection and Work Scope
Some repairs or installations may require inspection before final pricing, required materials, or completion time can be confirmed. The technician may explain the issue and recommended next steps before work begins.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide correct contact details, accurate service information, safe access to the work area, and permission to inspect the issue. Please remove fragile or personal items from the work area where possible.
Service Availability
Service availability may depend on location, technician schedule, the nature of the issue, required parts, property access, and safety conditions.
Payments and Materials
Any payment terms, service charges, material costs, or replacement-part costs should be confirmed before work is completed. Additional work may require separate approval.
